Shipping:

Orders generally ship within 48 hours during the week and 72 hours when placed over the weekend. We usually ship via Priority Mail of USPS or UPS. ground, unless customers require other level service.

If you are choosing to ship via UPS Ground Service, consult the UPS Calculate Delivery Time & Estimated Cost on the UPS web site to determine the number of days to deliver your order from our zip code (92336). Priority Mail of USPS are usually delivered within 3-4 days of the shipping date.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the option you choose for deliverers (UPS or USPS), destination and level of service. This charge will be calculated at the time of checkout. We offer a wide range of shipping services for U.S. addresses: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select, Next Day Air and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

For Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska please use UPS Next day, 2nd day Air, or USPS. For shipping to military bases must be made via Priority Mail.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Select Priority Mail if you prefer delivery to a P.O. Box. Using a street address will provide your best value. Unfortunately we do not ship to international addresses.

Orders are trackable, so please provide a valid e-mail address at the time of your order and you will receive a tracking number when your package ships. Your credit card will be billed at that time.

Returns:

Your purchase is unconditionally guaranteed! That means, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

If you do need to return your purchase, you can call us at 1-800-764-1238 or E-Mail us at info@pets-max.com.  All returns must be made within one (1) week of receipt of your order and must be packaged properly. It is your responsibility to pack the return in such a matter that it will not be damaged in shipment and affix the proper postage.

Please allow 2-3 weeks upon receipt to process your return.
